The Brief

The challenge for Aki MGallery was to increase occupancy while Hong Kong was still locked down due to international travel restrictions.

The Strategy

Our team launched a multichannel marketing campaign across Google and Meta to increase traffic and direct bookings for both rooms and F&B outlets. Over the course of the first two months, we were able to increase total website by +31%, with over USD $25,000 in direct room booking revenue from our ads, and an average return on ad spend of 14x.

This was a huge success for the property as restrictions started to ease in early 2023.
