The Brief

Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila is an iconic 5-star luxury hotel nestled in a tropical setting close to the largest convention center, theaters, museums, government offices and the Mall of Asia.

Our goal was to drive bookings for a domestic audience as the Philippines was still closed to overseas travellers since the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Strategy

We were able to deploy a digital marketing strategy including SEO, PPC and Social Media that saw an increase in incremental direct bookings, helping push occupancy to 100%.

The Results

During the first three months of working together, we observed monthly sales volume grow by 40%, allowing the business to bounce back and steer onto a new path of growth and recovery. We launched more than a 100 campaigns over a year long period, achieving 100% occupancy most weeks and increasing their monthly sales by 60% compared to the previous year.
