Our work with Sotheby’s International Realty spans a period of more than 4 years, supporting the marketing activities of several franchised branches around the world. The brief has always been the same; generate leads for buyers and sellers of high value real estate who are motivated to make a property transaction and are located within the coverage area of a particular office.
Through our extensive work in the real estate market, we have been able to build and deploy effective lead generation strategies for a wide range of property types in multiple markets. The strategies we have deployed for Sotheby’s cover both the buy and sell side, as well as working on specific campaigns for landlords and renters, covering property types ranging from penthouse apartments and condos through to office space and country ranches.
We’ve used a range of channels, adapting the approach based on the market, location and target persona, spanning from Google ads to pick up those who are actively researching for real estate agents, through to brand channels including Facebook, YouTube and even LinkedIn to build early stage awareness for people who may be considering buying or selling a property within the next year.
Since working with Sotheby’s we had generated leads that have resulted in more than $1bn in property transactions, and have significantly increased the number of transactions handled by the branches that we have worked with. Through careful analysis of marketing data, we have also been able to help them increase online conversion rates for non-advertising channels and improve pre-qualification of leads, increasing the efficiency of their call handlers and ensuring that high value leads are routed quickly to the right agent.
